As a mother, some of the nicest times are when your children are playing nicely together, occupied with something they love, and just not requesting anything. For us, with three girls, it has been the dress-up closet that has provided the most opportunities for these moments. The girls come up with some great combinations and always willingly agree to have their picture taken. Let's see how willing they are to have their "after" pictures posted on the world wide web. When it comes to their wedding receptions, I'll have great pictures for the slide show...or if it's the convent they enter, I'll have photos to hide from Mother Superior.
Before; the oldest, some say quiet, sometimes mature, composed.
After; ready for nerd rocketry training.
**********
Before; second eldest, publicly shy, privately gives me a lot of those wedding reception photos.
After; definitely the photo to show future Husband or hide from Mother Superior.
**********
Before; youngest; aka "Le Tigre" or "Chili Pepper," get the picture?
After; playing
Aunt Fanny in the Broadway version of Robots or imitating her Mom.
**********
Before; Nutmeg, "Yo quiero Taco Bell"
After; Fifi, "Parlez-vous Francais?"

What lovely girls!!! Frankly they look like they all have a little spunk!! Having boys is a lot different...after a while of "play" they come out with: guns they've carved out of wood, knives they've forged themselves from old lawnmower blades in the "campfire" forge they've built, and clay pigeon shards falling off their clothes! :)
