Made homemade guacamole, store-bought salsa (from local restaurant), Dinga's deli rolls and margaritas. My sister made these for Christmas and they were really good, much better than the deli. Her's were more smooth than mine. I think I went too heavy on the bacon bits and garlic, but they were still so good and easy.
Dinga's Deli Rolls
8 oz whipped cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp dill mix
1 tsp minced garlic
*****
fresh spinach
sliced turkey breast (I added roast beef too)
alfalfa sprouts
real bacon bits
Mix top ingredients the night before so flavors meld. Spread mixture on tortilla, cover with spinach layer, turkey slices, alfalfa sprouts, and bacon bits. Roll tightly, then let sit in fridge 2-3 hours. Cut in 3/4" slices.
There was a little spread leftover so the next day we added it to toasted french bread. Okay, another reason why I'm fat, I enjoy food. Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best.

Oh Trudy, those look fantastic! I may just have to make some this week for my precious family for lunch one day :).
I have been reading your blog as I get a few minutes here and there, and got all the way back to June....I am really looking forward to getting "reacquainted" with you! Our lives have REALLY followed a parallel path.
Blessings,
Lori
Trudy, I came here from Tracy's. I love your blog!!! We think the same. I was glad to see the FOCA petition on the side bar. I will surely be back.
ooh goodness this has made me hungry!
Hi there Grasshopper Girl!
Sorry its been a while since I've been by!
What yummy lookin' snacks! I bet the girls had a awesome time helping,as it looked easy but lots of "things to do" with the layering for the deli snacks.
I have had some deli roll things that had a mix of cream cheese and apricot jam but no bacon, the rest was pretty much the same. Oh it did have red peppers that went great with the sweet in the jam!
You did a great job with your pictures! The angleing makes it look very professional.
Do you have a fancy camera?
I love the red gigim fabric in the basket! The margaritas sound fun! I'll be right over!
Well I hope you had a great Valentines day! I will try to post some pic of our family Valentines day in a little bit after I have my first coffee of the day!
Peace and ((((HUGS))),
